PHYSICAL:
This is super-important! Make sure your physical is up-to-date, and will not expire before or during the season!

You will also see the TRYOUT DATES and schedule listed. Due to the new CIAC schedule, all fall sports (excluding football) can’t start pre-season until 8/27, once again, this is the first day of school for us! Anyway, you will see the tryout schedule on the school athletic page (see link here):

PRE-SEASON CAMP: We are extremely hopeful that we will have a pre-season in August with Coach Shay again, but even with fingers crossed, we aren’t sure if camp will be able to happen due to the many restrictions this summer.

* In the meantime, if you are looking to keep-up with your stick-work:*

1. There is still club being offered through The Field Hockey Club of CT (FHCC); https://www.fieldhockeyclubct.com/page/show/3337405-summer-season
2. There are several coaches offering private/semi-private lessons (reach-out to me for contact info)
3. Get together with a friend and work on your skills a few times a week
