Tryouts and Conditioning: UPDATE
As of 8/14/20, the CIAC has suspended all coach-lead team conditioning until further notice. Please continue to work-out on your own so you do not lose the progress you have made.
Tryouts are still scheduled to begin on Thursday, 8/27. More information will be coming once the CIAC releases its final recommendations for the fall season.
Team Conditioning
Summer Conditioning with the team will take place on M/W at FLHS from 9:15-10:15.
Be sure to read the health protocol prior to coming. You will need to complete a health screening via QVR code on your phone in order to be admitted.
Bring plenty of water.
Players:
*Please make sure to join the team on “Team app” for all communication!
